Teaching, learning and assessment (TLA) is at the heart of what we do. We strive to provide a consistently high quality service to empower all learners / students to apply effective and meaningful vocational and life skills as well as knowledge both in and out of the workplace. Recordings are made of virtual classroom sessions for:
• Students absent from a session to catch up (this should not be seen as a substitution for attending the live session).
• Students to re-watch a session for revision purposes.
• Quality and training purposes.

Assessment of Students

Extension Policy
The published deadlines for the submission of your assignments are the latest your work should be submitted for assessment, not the earliest - work submitted on time allows for timely release of feedback that will support your in academic development.
The expectation is that your academic assignments are submitted on time, however, we appreciate that there may be occasions where this is not possible, please click here to see our Extension Policy.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy
We recognise that there are times when you may encounter difficulties during your course of study.
Extenuating Circumstances are circumstances which:
• Impair the performance of a you in assessment
• Prevent you from attending for assessment
• Prevent you from submitting assessed work by the scheduled date
Such circumstances would normally be:
• Unforeseeable
• Unpreventable
• Expected to have serious impact
